These terms cover your use of caltransservices.com and the private online tools California Transit Services ("CTS", "we") makes available to its staff and customers.

Public website

The public site is provided for information and for requesting quotes or applying for positions. Content is provided as-is and may change without notice. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing.

Private tools

• Access is by invitation only and is granted to specific people at CTS and its customers. Sign in only with the account we authorized; do not share your access with others.
• Shipment and schedule information shown in these tools comes from third-party sources and is provided for planning purposes. It may be estimated or delayed; confirm anything critical with dispatch.
• We may suspend or remove access at any time, including when a person leaves the company that was granted access.
• Do not attempt to access data you have not been authorized to view, probe or disrupt the service, or use it in violation of any law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including what Google shares with us when you sign in.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTS is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information shown in these tools or from interruptions in their availability. Nothing here limits obligations set out in a signed service agreement between CTS and a customer, which controls in the event of conflict.
